Paul Resika

Paul Resika was born in 1928 in New York City. He studied painting at the Hans Hofmann School of Fine Arts and is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Letters, which has his paintings in its collections. His work is also included in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the National Museum of American Art, the Smithsonian American Art Museum, and the Whitney Museum of American Art, among many others. Resika was the Chair of the Master of Fine Arts program at Parsons School of Design from 1978 to 1990.
