Description

In the first of three segments, makeup artist Antony Clavet discusses his life and work. Clavet relates his experiences with drag queens and strippers when he first came to New York City. Among other topics, he discusses his travels in Europe and the concept of beauty. He presents a slideshow, as well as clips from the David Bowie movie The Hunger, for which Clavet was the makeup artist. In the second segment, Clavet demonstrates his skills on one of the participants, answers questions, and screens a series of videos. In the third segment, Clavet continues screening movie clips. The workshop concludes with a question and answer session.
