This project works toward establishing a theory for contemporary designers to discover the value of unusual activities in current living environments. The goal is to test this methodology by optimizing the BP gas station at 36th street 10th avenue, through identifying potential design opportunities and maximizing the potential for meaningful intervention. It is clear that the performance of site can be evaluated by the derived theory from environmental psychology.
