Description

Light can be used as way-finding method by creating unique illuminance and luminous atmosphere on each sequence of a bike-scape. Light as way to connect all neighborhoods in Manhattan. Light to promote safety and helps reduce number of injured bicyclists. Light to improve city’s aesthetic for bike path. Light as way for cycling to make both people and the environment healthy. The proposal is to incorporate daylight and electric light to help create ideal bike paths in New York City.
