My thesis project is a sonic toy designed for open-ended play. The toy is an object for users to play with just for enjoyment. The objective of my toy is for a user to drag and click the mouse to target colorful moving objects on the screen. When an object is hit, the user receives pleasing auditory and visual feedback. As a user becomes familiar with the toy, s/he can improvise a sound sequence during each play session.
