New School for Social Research (New York, N.Y. : 1919-1997). Human Relations Center
circa November 11 1969
Alexander Pedicone leads a workshop on the subject of the dynamics of leadership, then guides participants in a series of exercises, asking, "What is one thing we can do in terms of a curriculum offering or policy change that will improve the function of the Human Relations Center?" The audio was recorded at an extremely high volume, rendering the sound quality loud and distorted. The title has been devised based upon the content of the recording, the inscription on the recording housing, and the confirmation that a course by this name was taught by Alexander Pedicone at the New School in Fall 1970. While the inscription indicates a date in 1969, the course is not listed in the Fall 1969 catalog, so the date of the event remains uncertain.
