Description

Women's two-piece ensemble featuring a midi-length skirt and sleeveless blouse with a notched collar. The ensemble is paired with hoop earrings and a multi-layered beaded necklace. This illustration was featured in the July 1960 issue of Mademoiselle magazine in an article titled "Scoops: Playable Now", where it indicates that this ensemble is by designer Tori Owen in Rosewood Dacron fabric. Although the illustration featured in the magazine appears to be identical, the full ensemble is depicted in light brown instead of red, suggesting the colors were altered in production.
