Description

Women's ensemble featured in a Mademoiselle magazine editorial on summer clothes titled "Scoops: The Ready Mixers". The editorial's text indicates that this illustration depicts a jacket (sans shirt) and neatly creased long shorts, both in matching putty tan and white plaid. The ensemble is completed with a tall hat, which is also putty tan or light green. Two fabric swatches are included with the illustration, presumably for color reference.
