Description

Mademoiselle magazine fashion editorial featuring two dresses in different shades of lilac. The dress on the left (in pink lilac worsted wool) is a shirtdress with a box-pleated skirt by designer Mary Stevens. The dress on the right (in blue lilac wool jersey) is by Claire McCardell and includes a pleated skirt and bodice with spaghetti ties that wrap multiple times around the waist. Both dresses are paired with long gloves and coordinating hats.
