Floor-length dress featuring all-over shaped tucks that form a ruffle along the bottom of the skirt and around the strapless bodice. The dress is worn with a wide sash in a contrasting color that wraps around the waist and extends down the back of the skirt. Notes indicate that the dress was made with organdy, tulle, or an unknown fabric that was once attached.
