Description

Long-sleeved dress (possibly for evening wear) featuring a floor-length skirt with a center seam that splits at the bottom and folds over to reveal a contrasting fabric lining the inside. The back of the bodice is also split down the middle and folded over, creating the effect of a plunging v-shaped neckline. The sketch includes a small swatch of what appears to be brick red silk fabric, presumably used for the dress or its lining.
