Description

Rendering of a lush, baroque interior. The walls feature gilding and molding; the fireplace appears to be marble, the floors are detailed with parquetry and marquetry. The room is decorated with a chaise longue, a grand piano, and a crystal chandelier. Other furnishings include two dressers and a folding screen, with matching Chinoiserie details. Dero Darwin, Jr. created this rendering as an assignment to illustrate an historic room whil studying at Parsons School of Design.
