Description

Printed chiffon dress with a day-length (calf-length) skirt and an elbow-length matching cape with two rows of ruffles under the yoke. Sketch also includes a small view of the back of the cape showing a split at the bottom center, as well as partial front and back views of the dress worn without the cape to show a square neckline and ruffle in the front and a soft rolled neckline and ruffle in the back.
