Description

Black satin dress with a belted waist, calf-length flared skirt, three-quarter length puff sleeves, panels of shirring on each shoulder, and three white carved buttons on the front center of the bodice. (White material is also used for the belt buckle.) Model is depicted wearing what appears to be a small cartwheel hat.
