Description

Evening dress featuring a pale blue net bodice with a v-neckline and a floor-length full skirt with a blue and metallic silver print. The skirt appears to be scalloped at the bottom and on the lower torso, where it is attached to to the bodice with shirring. Sketch (in partial color) also includes a small view of the back.
