Description
Dress of unknown fabric featuring a knee-length flared skirt, belted waist, and contrast fabric (noted as polka dot in the text), which is found on the gilet and the tops of the elbow-length puff sleeves. The gilet is topped with a band pulled through casing to produce a shirred effect. Sketch includes a view of the ensemble worn with a short brimmed hat, as well as a separate view of what appears to be the back of the dress with a small bow at the neckline.
