Description

Long-sleeved blue crepe wrap dress with a knee-length full skirt and belted waist. Sketch includes a view of the front of the dress (in color), worn with appears to be a blue turban hat and blue heels, as well as a partial view of the back of the dress (in black and white) that shows two seams running from the top to the bottom of the skirt.
