Description

Black velvet suit with a knee-length flared skirt and long-sleeved black net blouse that is tucked in the front and features emerald and rhinestone buttons down the center, as well as two shirred "chous" at the neck that form a bow-like collar. Sketch includes a view of the suit worn without the jacket (in color), which includes a small brimmed black hat with what appears to be emerald and rhinestone embellishments, as well as a partial view of the jacket (in black and white).
