Description

Black women's ensemble with a knee-length skirt (possibly with center pleating) and jacket featuring a velvet peter pan collar and what appears to be a slight peplum waist with pockets that reveal velvet facings. Sketch (in partial color) also includes two small views of the back of the jacket and top that show the use of stitching to create a folds in the fabric.
