Grey tweed coat featuring a belted waist, shoulder flaps, five buttons, two hip pockets, and black glove stitching on each seam. The letters "MR", which are written on the sketch, could possibly refer to designer Maggy Rouf (aka Maggy Besançon de Wagner).
