Description

Assortment of women's double-breasted coats. Most appear to be variations of the Chesterfield style with contrasting notched collars and flap pockets, although a few feature Peter Pan collars and what appears to be bib-shaped seaming. A very similar Chesterfield coat by Norell is currently housed in the Metropolitan Museum of Art's costume collection.
