Model on an elevated catwalk wearing a long-sleeved sequined evening dress with a floor-length sleeveless caftan. An editorial from Women's Wear Daily featuring this look describes it as a "fuchsia spangled dress with sleeveless wool caftan." As indicated in an accompanying note, this photograph was taken in Japan in September 1965, when the designer took a month to show his collection there. The model is walking in a fashion show at the Hotel Okura in Tokyo, which featured looks from Norell's fall/winter 1965-1966 collection. A large audience seated at tables looks up at the model from below. This photograph was originally part of a larger scrapbook that can now be found in Box OSx-3, Folder 10.
