Description

Bonwit Teller window display of shoes. The window banner reads "Bonwit's Black Patent bared to a pretty minimum, nice compliment to summer's gay prints." The display also features cardboard blocks. Includes stereoscopic slide.

Inscription

Bonwit Teller/ 56th St. Window/ Floor covered with black velvet. Brightly colored cardboard blocks in assorted sizes are arranged with dimensional effect. Their coloring contributes to the effect, dramatizes black shoes. Small desk spikes hold fragments of colored paper. Pink, blue, white lights.
