Description

Bonwit Teller window display featuring a women's suit designed by ready-to-wear brand Davidow, that specialized in copying the style of Chanel pieces. The mannequin is encased in a clear glass window, allowing the viewer to see the store behind. Two copies of Vogue magazine lie on the floor. The mannequin is wearing a suit, gloves, a purse and heeled shoes. A banner at the bottom of the display reads "Exciting the way Davidow interprets the new Chanel fashion in suits... Sports Floor the Fifth."
