Bonwit Teller window display featuring a women's ensemble designed by Pauline Trigère. The background is inspired by Shakespeare's "Richard II", with painted backdrop of a scene from the play as well as a metal structure in the foreground of the window. The mannequin is wearing a gown with a short hooded coat, jewelry, and heeled shoes. The mannequin is standing with its back to the window. A banner at the bottom of the display reads "Gala Premier... Bonwit's pure drama of an evening... by Trigère... Designers Sixth Floor...
