Description

Bonwit Teller window display featuring silk scarves designed by Bonwit's own Walter Hazeltine. The scarves are displayed in frames that are suspended from the ceiling of the window. The scarves are also displayed at the bottom with objects that echo the patterns on the scarves - the scarf on the left has a bird's nest with eggs in it placed on top of it, which exactly matches the pattern. A banner at the bottom of the display reads "Bonwit's Rites of Spring... our dream stuff collection of exclusive silk scarfs designed by our own Walter Hazeltine... Neckwear First Floor"
