Bonwit Teller window display featuring a women's dress with a Christmas tree from Valerian S. Rybar's "Christmas Trees Through the Ages". The floor is covered with snow, and the Christmas tree stands upon a miniature snowbank. This particular tree is in the rococco Venetian style. The tree is made up of velvet covered lampshade frames with a layer of acetate feathers and real plumes, which have been arranged in tiers on a wooden pole. The mannequin is wearing a floor length coat with fur sleeves and is accessorized with opulent jewelry. A banner at the bottom of the display reads "Oh what a magical time is Christmas! a gift time..."
