Description

Bonwit Teller window display featuring both women and men's ensembles. The display features a blue painted back-wall with a floor designed to emulate marble. The looks are based upon Beau Brummell, a man famed for his fashion and "Dandyism". The men’s ensemble consists of a floor length striped coat, patterned waistcoat, neck tie, tight pants, and boots. The women’s ensemble consists of a full skirt with pockets, a blouse, heeled shoes and layered necklaces. A reel of film lies unraveled upon the ground. A banner at the bottom of the display reads "Our hats off to Beau Brummell... Dandy Parts by Casino"
