Description

Scrapbooks documenting the Dramatic Workshop of the New School for Social Research and the first years of the Dramatic Workshop following the end of its affiliation with the New School. Clippings also document the activities of Erwin and Maria Ley Piscator outside of the Dramatic Workshop. Includes newsclippings documenting alumni, including Harry Belafonte, Marlon Brando, Tony Curtis and Elaine Stritch.
