Description

Polka-dotted dress featuring a fitted calf-length skirt, three-quarter length sleeves, and four large bows extending down the center of the bodice. Small sections of finely-pleated or ribbed fabric appear between the bows and at the bottom of the skirt. The dress is worn with what appears to be a chain link bracelet.
